The apartments are fully equipped with linen, two sets of towels, detergent, soap, etc.
Conditions are as follows:
- For stays of up to one week - no discount, full hotel service with amenities, daily cleaning and one linen change during the week;
- For stays of one to two weeks - 10% discount, one linen change and cleaning of apartment half-way through the stay, no visits to apartment on other days. Towels changed on request;
- For stays of over two weeks to three weeks - 20% discount - one linen change and cleaning of apartment half-way through the stay, no visits to apartment on other days. Towels changed on request;
- For stays of over three weeks up to four weeks - 30% discount - two linen changes and cleaning of the apartment, after 1/3rd and 2/3rds of the stay, no visits on other days. Additional maid service on request;
- For stays of between 28 days and 45 days - 40% discount - weekly linen changes and cleaning of apartment, no visits on other days. Additional maid service on request;
- For stays over 45 days - 50% discount - weekly linen changes and cleaning of apartment, no visits on other days. Additional maid service on request.
