Algarve Property Show

The Dunas Douradas Beach Club was one of the participants at the first Algarve Property Show, held in the Tivoli Marina Hotel in Vilamoura over the weekend of 10th to 12th June 2011.

The purpose of the participation was show to the public the last six remaning units in the Beach Club and three new villas located in zone 7 of the Dunas Douradas urbanisation. Prices of these units can be found by clicking the link here.

One of the novalty initiatives of the show is a virtual auction of a number of properties selected by the participators. For this event, Dunas Douradas has put forward a recently renovated apartment in zone 3 of Dunas Douradas, close to the reception, tennis courts, Xenia Restaurant and only ten minutes stroll to the beach. A similar apartment was sold at € 265,000 only a few weeks ago, so with a reserve price in the auction of only € 230,000, it could be a wonderful opportunity to grab a bargain. 10 Junho Dia de Portugal / 10th June Portugal's National Day

A 10 de Junho festeja-se o Dia de Portugal, de Camões e das Comunidades Portuguesas. Este foi o dia escolhido, pois é o dia em que se assinala a morte de Luis Vaz de Camões, ocorrida em 1580.
Pelo terceiro ano consecutivo, o Dunas Douradas Beach Club também comemora essa data, organizando um jantar buffet com música tradicional portuguesa.

Portugal's national day, officially "Day of Camões, Portugal, and the Portuguese Communities" marks the date of Luis de Camões's death on June 10, 1580 and is Portugal's National Day. Camões wrote Os Lusíadas, Portugal's national epic poem celebrating Portuguese history and achievements.
For the third consecutive year, we will be celebrating Portugal's National Day at the Beach Club with a special dinner with traditional music and a delicious Portuguese buffet.
