From the 11th of october untill the 16th, four of the Dunas Bartenders went to Italy to take a course of Molecular Mixology and Advanced Mixology, organized by the Cocktail Academy Portugal and the Italian Bioquimic institute. The course was a success, the molecular mixology was spoken by Chef Terry former chef at the famous " El Buli" in spain, while the advanced class was taken over by Master Paulo Ramos, world class famous bartender. An all new concept of mixology and bar organization, winter cocktails, a visit to the grappa distelleries,visit to Venice and the famous Harry's bar home of the bellini and some other famous bars in Milan area like
the S-MASH bar or the Shiraz Wine Bar in treviso. Indeed an excellent experience for our bartenders, and for our winter menu, witch will be presented this week at DiDi's Mixology Lounge Bar.
