Bridge tournament - 10th November 2012

 In conjunction with Quinta Jacintina and the ACCA Children's charity, we are proud to announce that once again a Swiss Teams Bridge Tournament wil be held at the Beach Club on Saturday, 10th November 2012.

September promotion

September is a wonderful month in the Algarve, with the summer sunshine still pouring down over the rolling dunes of some of Europe's finest beaches.  Here at the Dunas Douradas Beach Club, we are in a priviliged position, looking right over the wonderful "Praia do Garrão" - a 10 km stretch of pure sand alongside the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean.

For a limited period, we are offering a special discount of 20% on all accommodation for the first week of September.  This promotion only applies to bookings of exactly one week from Saturday 1st September to Saturday 8th September and cannot be combined with any other promotion.

Summer parties at the Beach Club

To animate the warm summer nights, Dunas Douradas Beach Club is organising two parties, a pool party and a beach party.

The pool party will take place on the evening of Sunday 15th July and the beach party on Saturday 28th July.
They promise to be nights with lots of fun, entertainment and great music.  Bring your friends and join us for these unforgettable occasions.

Clients will be delighted to know that the Dunas Douradas beach concession is already open, offering sunbeds and shades on one of the Europe's most beautiful beaches.  We also have a range of soft drinks and snacks available.

Daily use of the sunbeds can be made directly with the lifeguards on duty, or you can reserve a weekly spot at a discounted price through the reception.  If you have a reservation this summer, you can book in advance by e-mailing recep@ddbc.pt

 

Portugal's National Day - 10th June

Once again, Dunas Douradas Beach Club will celebrate Portugal's National Day with a special buffet dinner, live music and a lot of enthusiasm!

The Day of Portugal, Camões and the Portuguese Communities as it is known is celebrated annually on June 10. Although officially observed only in Portugal, Portuguese citizens and emigrants throughout the world celebrate this holiday.

Since Camões date of birth is unknown, the date of his death is celebrated as Portugal's National Day.

Bring your family and friends to have an evening filled with the flavours of Portugal.

Since 15th May the restaurant at the Beach Club has its new Summer menu available.  The new menu offers the whole family a great varietyof choices. For an evening to remember, our fine-dining restaurant with a sundeck overlooking the lake and the Atlantic Ocean offers delicious fish and shellfish as well as a selection of international dishes.
